Wendy brings 15 +years’ experience in attracting and securing top talent, shaped by a dynamic career that includes owning and leading several businesses, most notably, one of Canada’s top-rated restaurants in Canmore.
With a foundation in HR and recruitment, Wendy offers a unique blend of real-world business ownership, hands-on operational insight, and corporate experience in oil and gas and corporate finance.
She specializes in recruiting for roles across IT, Engineering, Management, Medical, and Professional Services and takes pride in truly understanding client needs and creating meaningful connections between employers and candidates.
Wendy holds a Master of Teaching degree from the University of Calgary, along with a Human Resource Management Diploma. After spending 15 years living in the mountains, she now calls Calgary home but still finds joy in the outdoors, whether it’s mountain biking, skiing, or hiking with her two Irish Setters.
Originally from Quebec’s Eastern Townships, Wendy has proudly called Alberta home for over 25 years. She’s well-travelled, loves cooking, and is always on the lookout for a great bottle of wine to pair with anew recipe. Most recently, she’s discovered a passion for pickleball and is embracing the sport with the same energy she brings to her work, curious, competitive, and all-in.
