Trika’s vast knowledge stems from 20+ years of HR and labour leadership and project management experience include post-secondary institutions, public and private sector organizations at a local, regional, national, and international level.
As an organizational leader, she specializes in Employee and Labour Relations, Policy and Process including Collective Bargaining, HR Consulting, Workforce Planning and Environmental Health and Safety. In addition to leading large teams of HR professionals, she has developed and delivered leadership training in both HR and EHS and led large HR transformational projects. Trika holds an MBA in Human Resource Management augmented by certification in Labour Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Workforce Planning and EHS.
