Tracey is an executive leadership coach, facilitator, and senior HR leader whose combined corporate, self-employment, and local government experience spans more than three decades. She partners with leaders, teams, and individuals to design aspirational and achievable outcomes grounded in systems thinking, values, and strengths.
Tracey helps clients break down complex challenges into manageable pieces to tackle with confidence and clarity. She brings a breadth of experience including development and career coaching, strategic and operational planning, leadership and organizational development, and human resources management.
Tracey is an ICF-certified coach (PCC), Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner (STCP), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Everything DiSC Facilitator, and ProActive Conferencing Facilitator. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources & Labour Relations as well as Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) designations.
