Tony’s coaching style is forthright and compassionate and seeks to foster personal growth through powerful conversations unlocking hidden potential and helping people be more effective within their organizations and personal life. He has worked with leaders at all levels of regulatory bodies, exploration and production companies, various manufacturing and engineering businesses, and non-profits to improve individual and organizational performance.
Tony also facilitates strategy session development and facilitation, working with clients to shape and execute strategic initiatives that both sustain organizations and help them achieve their targets. He has also served on the boards of publicly traded companies and been a member of several industry groups including CAPP and EPAC.
He is a certified EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 practitioner, a member of the International Coaching Federation, is currently finishing the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University and is a proud citizen of the Otipemisiwak Métis Government: The Government of the Métis Nation within Alberta.
