Teri provides specialized HR support in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, total rewards (compensation/benefits), HR policy, and legislative compliance, as well as HRIS / Payroll technology and global mobility. She has led compensation and benefits programs, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations, and acted as the Project Sponsor for enterprise-wide HRIS implementations.
Teri began her career working as a sea-floor positioning engineer in the North Sea and for the past 20+ years her professional career has included roles in human resources, commercial management, and corporate health and safety across various industries.
Teri holds a Bachelor of Science (Combined Honors) in Geology & Oceanography from the University of British Columbia as well as Post Graduate Certificates in Human Resource Management and Labour (Union) Management Relations.
