Sherrill combines technical expertise with personal insight to help individuals clarify their priorities and navigate career transitions. With a background in applied research and facilitation, she brings deep curiosity and a conversational approach to uncovering root causes of challenges and supporting the development of effective solutions.
Sherrill has held consulting and strategic roles within large public-sector organizations, where she led complex multi-stakeholder initiatives. She has also contributed to learning and development efforts in social profit organizations and academic institutions. She holds an undergraduate degree in economics and a graduate degree in geography, and has completed training in public and stakeholder engagement, as well as mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
Outside of work, Sherrill is along time volunteer, a craft beer enthusiast, and an avid urban explorer.
