Sheri has more than 20 years of HR experience, working with public, private and not-for-profit organizations. She has developed expertise in workplace investigations, employment legislation and policy, talent management, organization design, strategic planning, and leader development.
She is motivated by complex data analysis and policy work and feels most at home with her sleeves rolled up in a creative and fast-paced project.
As a lifelong learner, she holds a B.Comm from Dalhousie University, a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University and certificates in Career Coaching, Project Management, Workplace Trust, Workplace Restoration, Professional Coaching and ITIL. She is also a Certified Workplace Investigator and is a designated HR Professional (CPHR).
Sheri is the President of the Ugandan Girls Scholarship Foundation, a registered charity that provides scholarships to girls who would otherwise be unable to attend school.
