Pat is a professional business coach and values-based consultant driven by a deep commitment to positively impact others’ lives. With more than three decades of leadership experience, including 7 years as a CEO, Pat excels at inspiring and guiding leaders to achieve their fullest potential. At the heart of her coaching philosophy is the belief that leadership is not just about achieving goals, but about embodying values that resonate with authenticity and compassion.
In addition, Pat brings experience with Board Governance, including Strategic Planning, Board Policy development, CEO Performance Management Systems, and CEO Contingency Succession Planning. She is also an active community member serving on non-profit Boards including the Central Alberta Regional Victim Serving Society and the Innisfail District Chamber of Commerce.
Pat holds a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, where she also earned a Graduate Certificate in Values-Based Leadership and became a Certified Executive Coach. With these qualifications, Pat has dedicated herself to empowering others by leveraging her skills in leadership and coaching.
