Megan’s most recent internal HR position was an HR executive in a mid-sized energy midstream organization and is now an independent HR consultant, helping small to medium-sized employers build a high-performance culture and a strategic HR function. Her strengths include navigating complex employee relations matters, building simple yet responsive HR infrastructure, and advising on compensation and engagement strategies. She is known for her big picture orientation, her ability to forge relationships at all levels, and has a reputation for integrity, transparency, and authenticity.
