Maureen is an accomplished HR Professional with 20+ years of experience and special expertise in compensation. Her work is focused on broad-based compensation including short-term and long-term incentives. She has experience with compensation programs in Canada, USA, and Mexico.
Maureen has concentrated her career on the execution of compensation programs and compensation consulting including benchmarking, job evaluation, as well compensation projects such as allowances and premiums.
In addition, she has project-managed annual compensation cycles including preparing systems and processes for program rollout as well as the development of recommendations and annual budgets and reports for executive teams and Boards of Directors. Maureen has participated in networking groups to influence the design of industry surveys and has consulted with industry peers and vendors with respect to compensation practices.
Maureen has a Bachelor of Arts, Culture & Communication. She has recently expanded her continued learning experience working for a local soccer league as a Discipline Coordinator. In this role, she gained further knowledge in conflict resolution, networking with peers, and process improvement.
