Jody is a Talent Management professional and Facilitator who specializes in building capability in individuals, teams, and leaders through targeted development aligned with the goals of the organization. 

With tangible outcomes as a starting point, Jody brings authenticity, curiosity, humour, and presence to facilitation designed for full participation in carefully curated activities. She co-creates an environment of trust, and taps into the wisdom that’s present in the room to make connections, create meaning and community, and elevate the conversation.

Jody holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Continuing Education. Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with her 4 grown children and their partners, walking her rescue pup Maisy, downhill skiing if the conditions are good enough to warrant the outrageous lift ticket prices, or on a golf course working to progress past the beginner stage.
