She supports individuals through career transitions with practical, personalized guidance that builds clarity and confidence. Known for her patient, empathetic, and approachable style, Janice creates a judgment-free space where clients feel supported. She acts as a steady anchor during challenging times, helping clients regain confidence while developing the skills they need to succeed.
Her experience spans diverse sectors including manufacturing, oil and gas, IT, homecare, social services, hospitality & retail, and non-profit sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and is a member of Career Professionals of Canada, Western Canada Career Development Association, and CPHR Alberta.
Janice also volunteers with Mainsprings Pregnancy and Family Support Centre, where she provides career coaching to single mothers and newcomers, helping them build confidence and equipping them with strategies and tools to secure employment. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, and enjoying the outdoors through hiking, cycling, and going for walks.
