She has worked with executives, emerging leaders, and frontline teams, offering tailored coaching and consulting services that align with organizational goals.
Ira holds a Master of Business Administration and is EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 certified. She is also a sought-after facilitator, delivering workshops on leadership, systems thinking, facilitation skills, and conflict resolution. Outside of work, she finds inspiration in art, nature, and cultural traditions and enjoys leading workshops that encourage self-expression and reflection.
