Hilary is a human resources consultant with more than 25 years’ experience in a variety of industries, including energy. She provides advice and guidance to business leaders on organization design, compensation, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
Hilary has also worked internationally implementing HR programs and processes during times of company growth, both organic and through acquisition. Other specialty areas include change management and leader development.
With her years of experience, there is very little Hilary has not touched on in the Human Resources field. She brings expertise with clarifying client needs and ensuring the right people are involved to improve HR practices and strategies for success.
Hilary has a Human Resources Business Certificate from the University of Alberta and certifications in Organizational Development Fundamentals and Developing Organizational Capacity and Change Management from Queen’s University.
