Dianne is driven by a passion for inspiring and developing people to live up to their full potential. She provides leaders with the support they need to be emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and courageous – essential elements for personal and organizational success. This enables clients to consciously make choices from a place of informed awareness, and to be intentional in their thoughts, language, and behaviours. She believes raising individual and collective consciousness is critical, especially when it comes to culture and creating an environment where trust and psychological safety are valued and available for all.
Experienced in coaching, leadership development, communications, and facilitation, Dianne has led direct reports and, as a member of senior leadership teams, provided coaching and change leadership to significant transformation initiatives. Dianne has also co-created and facilitated a coaching and leadership development program for an international advertising organization and expanded the program to include team effectiveness and ‘design of work’ initiatives at executive and senior leadership levels. The program received a PRISM Award for excellence and business achievement through coaching. Dianne has also taught coaching skills for leaders at the University of Calgary.
