Charman is a senior Human Resources leader with 25+ years’ experience in Organization Design, Leadership Development and Succession, Performance Management, Strategic Planning, Acquisitions and Divestitures, and Change Management. She also brings a track record of developing and implementing talent strategies that result in impactful business outcomes.
Charman knows the impact HR strategies can have on business success so focuses on understanding unique business challenges to ensure HR solutions are both pragmatic and effective. Partnering with and advising leaders by drawing from her own experience in attracting strong talent, Charman has helped align teams around business priorities and building cultures where everyone can excel and deliver results.
Charman holds a Bachelor of Arts from Acadia University, certifications in Developing Organization Capacity and Organization Development from Queens University and is a graduate of the Practitioner of Change and Skilled Facilitator programs.
