Brian is a Human Resources executive and strategic business partner with 30+ years’ experience in both large, complex companies and nonprofit organizations. Specialty areas include employee relations, employee engagement, compensation, learning and development, succession planning, recruitment, and innovative HR solutions.
Brian builds relationships and trust to successfully lead positive culture change. He has a proven ability to lead, implement, and execute large transformational projects that drive employee engagement and business results. He also brings a passion for achieving positive social impact demonstrated by an unwavering commitment to community.
Brian is CPHR certified, has completed the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management Executive Program, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University.
