AccessHR is excited to partner with Luna Child and Youth Advocacy Centre for the recruitment of a full-time, permanent Director of Operations. This is a newly created role, and the successful candidate will be base out of Calgary.
Position Description
The Director of Operations will join a high performing and truly collaborative 5-member Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful candidate will also lead a team of three direct reports, including the Controller, Office Manager, and Receptionist.
This is a strategic leadership role entrusted with optimizing Luna’s operational functions to support its mission. You will oversee the facilities, the staff who work within them, and the technology that supports their operations. Experience and an in-depth understanding of nonprofit operations, particularly in environments with high privacy compliance are critical for success.
This role provides a unique opportunity for a proactive, team focused, and detailed-oriented leader eager to join an organization working as one team.
