This 9 hour (3×3 hours) course is a practical learning cohort for HR professionals looking to master internal investigations and reduce organizational risk. The three half-day sessions build practical skills, structured approaches, and real-world investigation confidence.

The composition of attendees will be from various clients and organizations. Class size will be capped to ensure maximum learning and participation.

Over three half days, you’ll learn investigation process and technique that stands up to scrutiny including step-by-step methods with expert guidance throughout the course.

The process of conducting workplace investigations requires a delicate balance between art and science. The process is rigorous and structured, yet the investigator is working with humans who are often in an extremely vulnerable position. This course is designed to equip internal HR teams with the knowledge and skills to ensure that internal investigations are conducted fairly, thoroughly and consistently.

This course is intended to be highly participative so that we can learn from everyone’s input and experience. Participants will be expected to be equipped with audio and video capability and to actively participate. Participants without audio and video capability will be removed and refunds will not be offered.
